By downloading or using GLP Companion, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which these terms supplement. If they conflict for App Store distribution, the Apple Standard EULA governs to the extent of the conflict.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use GLP Companion on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Standard EULA.
GLP Companion is a personal tracking, education, reminder, and visit-preparation app. It is not a medical device, emergency service, diagnosis tool, treatment plan, prescription tool, or replacement for your clinician or pharmacist.
Do not use the app to decide whether to start, stop, increase, decrease, or change any medicine. Always follow your clinician's guidance and the patient leaflet for your specific medicine. If symptoms are severe, urgent, or worrying, contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician.
AI explanations and companion replies summarize, explain, and help you prepare questions. They can be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for checking important information with a qualified professional.
GLP Companion Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Available options are Monthly and Yearly; the price and duration are shown in the app and on the App Store before purchase, and local prices may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or after an eligible trial unless you cancel before it ends.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial where shown on the App Store paywall. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan price is charged and the subscription auto-renews. The trial length, price, and region-specific terms shown by Apple at purchase are authoritative.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions. If you already purchased, use Restore Purchases in the app to restore access on a new device.
Premium unlocks the 90-day and all-time trend ranges, the titration timeline, doctor-ready PDF, Health Result Explainer, medication-label reader, meal scan, GLP Coach, and the AI-written narrative in weekly review. Core logging, the deterministic weekly review, refill timing/projection, and the Knowledge Hub remain available without a subscription.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies: Apple Standard EULA.
Use the app lawfully and for your personal use. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, overload, or abuse the backend, AI routes, subscription verification, device attestation, or creator-referral system.
Purchases of digital content through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and your statutory consumer rights. Refund requests for App Store purchases are managed by Apple.
You are responsible for entries you create and documents you choose to scan or export. Keep exports private because they may contain sensitive health information and progress photos.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for health, medication, diet, or treatment decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country or region.
